MBN 1Gal Achillea millefolium 'Lost Coast'

This showy, compact form is tough, highly drought tolerant, pest and abuse resistant. It's quite useful due to its ultra-low mature height. This form was selected from along the Lost Coast of Northern California, a rugged, so-far roadless stretch of craggy coastline near Cape Mendocino. It puts on a great show when flowering that attracts lots of butterflies and beneficials. Nice to know a stock-native form can compete with the breeders' best! Infrequent to no summer watering depending on site and climate, sun to half shade, most soils, should survive to USDA zone 5.
